Senior Pastor

Alan Cassady was born in Panama City, FL. He received a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Seminary. He was ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 1996, and has served congregations in Kentucky, Alabama, and Florida.

He is married to Penny, a registered nurse. Together, they have four children and five grandchildren. Alan enjoys music, sci-fi movies, disc golf, and Florida State football.

Associate Pastor

Faith was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Auburn, Alabama. She moved to Niceville, FL when she was in high school, where her family still resides. She received a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry from Asbury University and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.

She is married to AJ, has a daughter named Abigail, and a dog named Dixie. In the past, she has done therapy dog work as well as basic dog training for friends. She enjoys watching TV and documentaries.

Youth Director

Nathan Persell was born in Baltimore, MD. He received a Bachelor of Science in Theology and Ministry from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK. He was a youth pastor in Oklahoma and Missouri before moving to Navarre in 2015.

He is married to Hannah and together they have two kids, Riley and Jace. He loves disc golf, bike riding, disaster response, traveling, and learning new things.

Life Verse: God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end. So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can. Children's Director

Lori Ferguson was born in Columbus, Ohio. She has a Master’s Degree in Children and Family ministry from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN, and has served on staff for 30+ years at churches in Tennessee, Maryland, Hawaii, and Texas.

She has been married to her high school sweetheart, George, for 37 years and they have four grown children. She also has six amazing grandchildren who call her "Sugar". 

Life Verse: Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Administrative Coordinator

Kathy Davis was born in New Hampshire. She has an Associate's Degree in Theology and has served in ministry for over 25 years. 

She is married to Jeff, who is from Tennessee. They have five children and six grandchildren. She enjoys camping with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.
